Zug Consultants employs Managers, living in Switzerland, for companies abroad.

Why

To minimize Permanent Establishment Risk (PE) for the company abroad, which doesn’t have a legal entity in Switzerland.

How

The employment contract is between Zug Consultants and the employee. The employee continues to work on orders or in the home office for the company abroad. The company abroad has a contract with Zug Consultants and is responsible for actual business operations but does not handle employment-related administration.

USP

We establish managerial contracts with insurances and a pension fund according to individual needs. We eliminate the compliance risk of false insurance or taxation of the Managers and support them with all personal tax issues, income, property, shares etc..

Reason

This is used to handle employment of employees who reside in a different legal jurisdiction to their employer. Companies looking to hire Managers in Switzerland can make use of a local contract through Zug Consultants to avoid the expensive process of opening a subsidiary in Switzerland where employees reside.
